Returns Procedure:
To facilitate a smooth returns process, please ensure that the returned order includes the relevant order number and indicates whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Failure to provide these details may lead to delays in processing your request.
For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Faulty Product Returns:
All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering mechanical defects in the watch. However, please be aware that watch straps and batteries are not covered by this warranty. The warranty also does not apply to malfunctions resulting from accidents or negligence. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns and exchanges will only be processed if accompanied by proof of purchase. All returned goods will be inspected, and any item found in an unsuitable condition will be returned to you.
