UK Delivery Timescales and Charges

Assuming that all items in your order are in stock and available, the normal delivery timeframes below apply:

Standard UK Delivery

  • Method: Standard | Cost: FREE
  • Delivered within 3 - 5 working days, between 8am - 10pm
  • Standard delivery is handled by DPD shipping, if DPD Logistics cannot deliver to certain areas, or it is a postable our system will automatically switch to Royal Mail.
  • Personalising products will add a further 4 working days to this process.

Next Day Delivery

  • Method: Next Day Delivery | Cost: £7.95
  • Delivered the next working day, please see below for specific terms.
  • Orders need to be placed before 3pm GMT for next day delivery (Monday to Friday), orders placed after 3pm GMT on a Friday, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
  • Next Day Delivery Service excludes Sunday, Bank Holidays and National Holidays.
  • Personalising products will add a further 2 working days to this process.

Can I chose a different address for delivery?

Making Delivery Easy

We understand that you're not always at home to receive your parcels. If it’s more convenient, feel free to provide an alternative delivery address — such as your workplace — to ensure your order arrives safely.

To help us deliver your parcel as smoothly as possible, you can include any brief delivery instructions when placing your order online. There’s a comments box at checkout (limited to 32 characters), so keep it short and sweet!

If you have any specific delivery requests, please let us know at the time of ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Finally, don’t forget to double-check your order confirmation email to make sure all delivery details are correct — it helps avoid any hiccups along the way.

What happens if my order comes in two parcels – do I have to pay for postage twice?

If you place an order online and one of the items you would like to purchase is not available straight away or has a different backorder date, you will be able to choose a split your delivery to the same delivery address.

The only exception to this would be if you specifically asked for the order to be split between more than one address. In this instance, we would need to place more than one order for you, which would incur additional postage charges.
